KYC verification is a protected account workflow. The current form collects an identity document and a UIN document or country-equivalent proof, then asks the user to confirm the submission. ## Required document groups ### Identity document Upload either one PDF containing both sides or separate clear files for the front and back when applicable. The document must be readable and belong to the account owner. Documentation screenshots must use dummy files and must never expose a real identity document.

### UIN or equivalent document Upload a clear image or PDF of the UIN document or the equivalent proof used in the account country. Use a synthetic placeholder document for documentation captures.

## Review and submission The final step shows the selected files and requires confirmation that they are correct and belong to the user. Review filenames and document categories before submitting.

## Status lifecycle * **Not submitted:** the account still needs documents. * **Pending review:** documents were submitted and are waiting for review. * **Approved:** the KYC requirement is satisfied. * **Rejected or action required:** replace unclear or incorrect documents using the instructions shown by the platform or support. Do not send KYC documents through public GitHub issues, chat screenshots, or unencrypted support posts. Use only the protected KYC form or an explicitly approved support channel.
