# Cart and checkout

> Configure hosting items, review totals, create an order, and proceed to payment.

The public cart and checkout pages turn selected pricing offers into an order.

## Configure the service

The checkout can request service-specific data such as domain choice or server configuration.

## Review the summary

## After order creation

The order can appear under Pending Orders until payment completes. The service can then appear under Pending Services while provisioning is completed.
