# Customer console overview

> Navigate the KmerHosting customer console and understand its main operational areas.

The customer console is the protected workspace for account, billing, services, domains, storage, notifications, and developer keys.

## Main areas

* **Active Services:** services already activated for the account.
* **Pending Orders:** unpaid or incomplete orders that can still be paid before expiry.
* **Pending Services:** paid or created services waiting for operational activation.
* **Billing:** account credit, invoices, and incoming renewal records.
* **Domains:** standalone domains, domains included with services, nameservers, DNS, and renewal controls.
* **Storage:** 5 GB free storage, uploads, downloads, deletion, and temporary account-to-account transfers.
* **Account:** profile, avatar, debt visibility, and API keys.
* **Settings:** notification preferences and interface settings.

## Status and renewal awareness

The overview includes a renewal timeline. It is a planning surface, not a replacement for invoice and service detail pages. Open the specific service before changing renewal behavior.
