A pending service has passed the order creation stage but is not yet active in the customer console. Pending service entries show the service type, tier, price, order date, renewal date, and activation state. ## What to do * Wait for normal provisioning when the service was just purchased. * Confirm that the related order and invoice are paid. * Avoid creating a duplicate order for the same workload. * Contact support with the order number, service type, and purchase timestamp if the state remains pending unexpectedly.
