# Create a Professional Email mailbox

> Create a domain mailbox in DirectAdmin and open it through Roundcube.

Professional Email is currently included through Shared Hosting. The KmerHosting console lists eligible domains, while mailbox creation occurs in DirectAdmin.

## Create the mailbox

1. Open the Shared Hosting service.
2. Open DirectAdmin.
3. Go to email account management.
4. Choose a mailbox such as `support@example.com`.
5. Generate a unique password.
6. Save the mailbox and quota settings.

## Open Roundcube

Use the link exposed by the Professional Email page or open the configured Roundcube URL. Sign in with the complete email address.

Use aliases and forwarding only after the primary mailbox behavior is understood.
