# Quickstart

> Create a KmerHosting account, complete onboarding, and reach the customer console safely.

This quickstart follows the normal first-use path from the public website to the customer console.

## 1. Create the account

Open the registration page, provide the requested identity and account information, and choose a strong password. Use an email address you control because email verification and account recovery depend on it.

## 2. Verify the email address

After registration, KmerHosting sends a verification flow. Enter the verification code on the verification page. Do not share the code; it should only be used in the active browser session.

## 3. Complete onboarding

Onboarding records the role and workload type so the platform can recommend an appropriate hosting path. The current flow distinguishes common profiles such as founder, developer, agency, student, and other, then asks what will be hosted.

## 4. Review account status

The dashboard status card shows whether additional actions are required. KYC may be requested for account activation, payment risk controls, or service operations.

## 5. Choose the next step

* For a website managed through DirectAdmin, start with [Shared Hosting](/docs/solutions/shared-hosting).
* For a compact Linux container with root access, use [Tiny VPS](/docs/solutions/tiny-vps).
* For a larger self-managed server, use [VPS Hosting](/docs/solutions/vps).
* For an existing domain or a new registration, review [Domains](/docs/solutions/domains).
* To automate account and service reads, continue to [Developer platform](/docs/developer/overview).
