# Custom Hosting

> A support-led hosting allocation for requirements that do not fit standard Shared Hosting or VPS plans.

Custom Hosting represents a service configured around a customer-specific allocation or operational requirement.

## When it fits

## Activation model

Custom Hosting may remain pending while the KmerHosting team prepares the allocation. Use the service and order references when asking for status.

## Documentation boundary

The exact CPU, memory, storage, email, database, and access features are defined by the assigned plan. The console record and invoice are the source of truth for that customer-specific service.
