# Domains

> Register, view, renew, and manage standalone and hosting-included domains.

The Domains section separates domains purchased independently from domains attached to hosting services.

## Standalone domains

Standalone domain cards can show registration and renewal prices, registration and expiry dates, auto-renewal state, nameservers, transfer lock, DNS records, and renewal controls.

## Included domains

Included domains are associated with Shared Hosting, Tiny VPS, VPS, or Custom Hosting records. The available controls focus on nameservers and DNS. The exact included-domain entitlement depends on the purchased hosting plan.

## Supported DNS record types

The current editor recognizes `A`, `AAAA`, `CNAME`, `MX`, `TXT`, `NS`, `SRV`, and `CAA` records. Use valid values and allow for DNS propagation after changes.
