Normal flow

  1. Complete registration.
  2. Open the message sent to the registered email address.
  3. Enter the verification code or follow the provided verification action.
  4. Return to the platform and continue onboarding.

When the message does not arrive

  • Check spam, junk, and filtered folders.
  • Confirm that the registration email was typed correctly.
  • Wait briefly before requesting another code to avoid rate limits.
  • Do not repeatedly submit expired codes.
  • Contact support with the account email and approximate registration time when delivery continues to fail.
Support should never ask for your email password or a full active verification code.
