• The service needs a custom domain, storage, email, database, or operational arrangement.
• Commercial terms are agreed through a support or sales workflow.

Activation model

Custom Hosting may remain pending while the KmerHosting team prepares the allocation. Use the service and order references when asking for status.

Documentation boundary

The exact CPU, memory, storage, email, database, and access features are defined by the assigned plan. The console record and invoice are the source of truth for that customer-specific service.
