Manage a service

Read service state, access credentials, renew, and request support from the customer console.

Service pages expose different controls depending on the service type.

Common information

• Service type and tier.
• Active or pending state.
• Purchase and billing currency.
• Activation and renewal dates.
• Associated domains.
• Credentials or provider access when applicable.
• Renewal and auto-renewal controls.

Start from Active Services and open the dedicated service page.

Credential handling

Passwords and tokens should be revealed only when needed, stored in a password manager, and rotated after accidental exposure. Screenshots must cover every secret value.

Support context

Include the service ID, service type, domain or hostname, timestamp, and exact error. Do not send the root password or API key.
