KYC verification is a protected account workflow. The current form collects an identity document and a UIN document or country-equivalent proof, then asks the user to confirm the submission.
Start KYC only from the authenticated account status flow.

Status lifecycle

  • Not submitted: the account still needs documents.
  • Pending review: documents were submitted and are waiting for review.
  • Approved: the KYC requirement is satisfied.
  • Rejected or action required: replace unclear or incorrect documents using the instructions shown by the platform or support.
Do not send KYC documents through public GitHub issues, chat screenshots, or unencrypted support posts. Use only the protected KYC form or an explicitly approved support channel.
