Professional Email

Branded email accounts included with Shared Hosting and accessed through DirectAdmin and Roundcube.

Professional Email uses addresses such as [e-mail] and is currently presented as a Shared Hosting capability.

The console shows the hosted domain, Shared Hosting plan, and the available email-account allowance.

Current workflow

1. Own or attach a domain to an active Shared Hosting service.
2. Open the DirectAdmin panel for that hosting account.
3. Create the mailbox in DirectAdmin.
4. Open Roundcube from the KmerHosting console or the webmail URL.
5. Sign in with the complete email address and the mailbox password.

Important boundary

The KmerHosting Professional Email page does not create the mailbox directly. It lists eligible hosted domains and provides access to Roundcube. Mailbox creation and password changes happen in DirectAdmin.
