Understand activation, access, and support boundaries for customer-specific hosting allocations.

Custom Hosting does not have one universal technical recipe because the service is defined by the assigned plan.

Use the service page and invoice as the source of truth for the assigned allocation.

Before deployment

1. Confirm the service is active.
2. Review the assigned tier, domains, storage, databases, email accounts, and access method.
3. Confirm which actions are self-service and which require support.
4. Record the renewal date and billing currency.

Support requests

Include the customer ID, service ID, domain, expected outcome, and any deadline. Never place passwords in the support subject or public issue.
