Create the mailbox

  1. Open the Shared Hosting service.
  2. Open DirectAdmin.
  3. Go to email account management.
  4. Choose a mailbox such as support@example.com.
  5. Generate a unique password.
  6. Save the mailbox and quota settings.

Open Roundcube

Use the link exposed by the Professional Email page or open the configured Roundcube URL. Sign in with the complete email address.
