KmerHosting CLI guide

Install, authenticate, and use the official KmerHosting terminal client.

KmerHosting CLI is published separately from the SDK but lives in the same monorepo.

Install

npm install --global @kmerhosting/cli
kh --help

Configure the key

Linux or macOS:

export KMERHOSTING_API_KEY="kh_live_REDACTED"

PowerShell:

$env:KMERHOSTING_API_KEY="kh_live_REDACTED"

The CLI should be tested with a restricted test key and read-only commands first.

Read-only checks

kh account
kh services
kh domains
kh invoices
kh orders
kh notifications --unread

Auto-renewal

kh auto-renew vps SERVICE_ID on

Confirm the service ID and account before running a state-changing command.
